Post Twenty: First Week of 100 Day Challenge



Hi All,

As you know I've been doing a self proclaimed 100 day fitness challenge with my friend Chloe. She has a Blog about her journey here.




I do have a confession to make, I didn't start the challenge on Sunday, but instead on Tuesday. Whoops. So I've only done six days so far instead of seven.

We've both had a great time doing it so far. At first Chloe has struggled to walk for half an hour until she's completely buggered but that is the nature of fitness. In a few more weeks we may be able to start increasing the time of walks and eventually, we may even start to jog.

Ultimately, the name of the challenge is to do 30 minutes of walking MINIMUM. While we haven't come across any issues in our schedules yet, they'll be sure to start popping up.




Indigiscapes
Day three of our challenge, was really rather sweet. We went to our local botanical garden Indigiscapes and just had an absolute ball. We were there far longer than the allotted thirty minutes. Because we had a such a great time we decided to make a day of it and went to lunch, drove around and found a cute little church in Ormiston and saw Bridget Jones's baby.

I'm not going to lie, this has been both a happy time and stressfull time. Fitting these walks in between work shifts is a little stressfull as well as making sure Chloe isn't working in the same time. But overall I've loved getting out of the house and seeing my local community.
